Sales Operations & Enablement Manager - North America

Our clients choose us when complexity demands expertise, and when the stakes are too high for generic execution.We are looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement professional to support and scale our sales organization by owning the tactical, operational, and enablement foundation of our sales process. This role will work closely with senior sales leadership to reduce administrative burden, streamline sales-to-delivery workflows, and build a cohesive system of sales collateral, tools, and processes.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for creating, organizing, and continuously improving sales materials, documentation, and systems that support the entire sales lifecycle,  from first conversation through handoff to delivery.The ideal candidate has a background in marketing operations, sales enablement, or sales operations, and thrives in building structures where things are still evolving.ResponsibilitiesSales Enablement & Collateral Development -Create, update, and maintain sales collateral including:Pitch decks and proposal templatesCase studies and client success storiesSales scripts, discovery guides, and talk tracksService overviews and capability decks Partner with sales leadership to translate offerings into clear, compelling, and repeatable sales materialsContinuously refine messaging and positioning based on sales feedback and customer insightsSales Operations & Process Optimization -Document and streamline the sales process and sales-to-delivery handoff, making each step clear and repeatableIdentify manual, repetitive, or inefficient tasks and help build systems or workflows to reduce themSupport basic automation and process improvements across sales and marketing workflows (CRM, templates, intake forms, etc.)Ensure sales materials and processes stay aligned as new services, offerings, or pricing models are introducedContent Organization & Knowledge Management -Build and maintain a centralized, well-organized repository for all sales content and documentationEnsure materials are easy to find, clearly labeled, and always up to dateOwn version control and lifecycle management of sales assetsCreate simple documentation and internal guides so sales teams know how and when to use each assetOngoing Enablement & Iteration -Work closely with leadership to understand evolving priorities, offerings, and go-to-market strategiesRegularly audit sales materials and processes to ensure relevance and effectivenessSupport enablement needs as the business grows into new service lines (e.g., managed services, new delivery models)Act as a trusted operational partner to sales leadership, enabling them to focus on revenue-generating workRequirement3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Revenue OperationsStrong experience creating and managing sales collateral (decks, case studies, scripts, documentation)Excellent organizational skills with an ability to build structure from ambiguityStrong written communication skills in EnglishExperience supporting sales teams in a consulting, agency, or B2B services environmentComfort working closely with senior leadership and translating strategy into executionExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), shared drives, and collaboration toolsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyNice to HaveBackground in marketing before transitioning into sales enablement or operationsExperience working in an ecommerce, technology, or consulting environmentFamiliarity with RevOps concepts and sales/marketing alignmentExperience supporting distributed or remote sales teamsWhy This Role MattersThis role directly reduces time spent by senior sales leaders on low-value administrative workCreates clarity, consistency, and efficiency across the sales processEnables faster sales cycles through better preparation and credibilityPlays a long-term role in shaping how the company sells as offerings and markets evolveThe duties and responsibilities described here are not a comprehensive list and the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
