Compensation is based on completed sales and issued policies. Actual earnings vary based on licensing status, activity level, sales performance, client appointments, and production.ResponsibilitiesContact prospective clients by phone, text, and emailSpeak with individuals and families about life insurance needsExplain available coverage options in a clear and professional mannerSchedule and conduct phone or virtual appointmentsGather basic client information needed for quotes and applicationsSubmit applications through approved insurance carrier platformsFollow up with clients regarding applications, approvals, and policy detailsMaintain accurate notes and communication recordsParticipate in ongoing training and team meetingsFollow all applicable insurance, compliance, and state licensing requirementsQualificationsActive life insurance license preferredCandidates without a license must be willing to obtain one before selling insurancePrevious sales, customer service, or insurance experience is helpfulStrong communication and follow-up skillsComfortable speaking with clients by phone and videoAble to work independently and manage a daily scheduleBasic computer and CRM skillsBilingual English/Spanish is a plusRequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust have reliable phone, computer, and internet accessMust be able to meet applicable state licensing requirementsMust be willing to complete carrier contracting and onboarding requirementsCompensationThis is a commission-based position. Agents are compensated based on personal production and issued business.
