Echelon Models Dallas is seeking a driven and connected Booking Agent to help secure opportunities for models, creatives, and brand clients across nightlife, hospitality, and lifestyle markets.This role focuses on building relationships with venues, brands, and industry professionals while coordinating bookings, managing talent placements, and supporting overall agency growth.Key Responsibilities • Source and secure bookings for models, talent, and brand clients • Build and maintain relationships with: • bars, nightclubs, and lounges • restaurants and hospitality groups • event promoters and brand managers • Coordinate shoot logistics, bookings, and client communication • Assist with talent placement and development opportunities • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships • Work closely with creative direction to align bookings with brand positioningIdeal Candidate • Strong communication and networking skills • Familiar with nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment industries • Self-motivated and comfortable with outreach (DMs, calls, in-person) • Organized and able to manage multiple bookings/projects • Sales-minded with a relationship-first approach • Previous experience in talent booking, promotions, or sales is a plusCompensation • Commission-based with performance incentives • Opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership role as the agency scalesWhy This Role MattersThis position plays a key role in expanding Echelon Models Dallas by connecting talent with real opportunities and helping brands access high-quality visual content and talent.How to ApplySend a brief introduction, relevant experience, and any industry connections or past work.📧evan@etwhiteleytalentproducer.com
