multidisciplinary teams.\nEnsure projects adhere to budgetary and scheduling constraints.\nConduct field inspections and evaluations of existing bridge conditions.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Engineers and staff.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of ODOT policies, guidelines, and industry best practices.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nKnowledge of civil and engineering principles, reporting, analysis and management of teams and projects.\nExtensive experience in the Construction industry and engineering equipment.\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to manage and train others and be a team player.\nAbility to be reliable and on time.\nMust have a high level of professionalism, and comfortable with client interaction – have the ability to build relationships.\nBe quality-minded and client-focused.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;\nMaster’s degree (MSCE) preferred.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Ohio is required.\n10 to 15+ years of experience in bridge engineering, with a focus on ODOT projects.\nStrong knowledge of ODOT design standards, specifications, and procedures.\nProficiency in bridge design software (e.g., LARSA, Merlin Dash, Leap Bridge).\nFamiliarity with detailing software such as Microstation and OpenBridge is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality
