Can you picture yourself here?You'd be responsible for:Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation systemAccurately reading various gauges related to the irrigation systemManaging employees and overseeing production in the fieldOperating light/heavy equipment effectively and according to all regulationsEnsuring that equipment is maintained and managed; alert supervisors if there are any issuesReporting any problems with job site or equipment immediatelyDemonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company cultureYou might be a good fit if you have:Minimum of 2 years of experienceAnd while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:Strong work ethicKnowledge of blueprintsEffective oral and written communication skillsBilingual (Spanish)Irrigation certificationAbility to work in extreme conditions temperatures may exceed 100 degrees FahrenheitAbility to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of timeAbility to load/unload trailers (up to 50 lbs.)Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the dayWork in/or about situations near direct automotive trafficWork near or about natural bodies of waterWork 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)Here's what to know about working here:Here at BrightView, we're as passionate about caring for our clients as we are about caring for each other.
