Job#: 3030998Job Description:Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Technical Trainer, nCino/Salesforce with one of our large Banking clients.Location: CHARLOTTE, NCOnsite expectation: Hybrid 3 days onsite per week (mandatory)Pay range: $45.63/HRContract Length: 12+ monthsNote: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions.Need a jack-of-all trades technical trainer / Learning and Development professional. Must have enterprise level experience training on a software system within an agile environment.Top Requirements:* Enterprise level experience training on a software system within an agile environment* nCino OR Salesforce strongly preferredProven success developing and delivering (facilitating) training programs for diverse audiencesIn-person and virtual facilitation experience.Strong project execution under tight timelinesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsComfortable leading in an agile, fast-moving environmentAble to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with limited oversightCollaborative team playerPlusses:Banking / financial services experience highly preferred. Stand out candidates possess a knowledge of commercial lending, specifically loan origination.Hands‐on nCino OR Salesforce experience, especially supporting end‐user training and system adoption.Familiarity with training, collaboration, and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360, WalkMe, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Genially.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Design, develop, and facilitate complex training programs for diverse end‐user groups, including frontline staff and operations teamsCreate, maintain, and update training materials and facilitator guides; develop new content as systems evolveDeliver training on highly technical software platforms with frequent enhancements and releasesSupport onboarding and ongoing release training, quickly learning system updates and incorporating changes into training materialsPerform multiple roles as needed, including facilitator, co‐facilitator, simulation runner, and training supportLead and support hands‐on sandbox training environmentsApply critical thinking to dynamic scenarios, weighing options to ensure the best possible training outcomesWork independently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentCommunicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication skillsApex Benefits Overview: Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
