The role partners closely with senior structurers and syndicate teams to analyze collateral pools, model transaction economics, and support new issuance and refinancing activities. The position requires strong quantitative skills and attention to detail, with the ability to independently deliver high-quality analysis in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nSupport the structuring and execution of new issue, reset, and refinancing CLO transactions.\n\nSet up and run CLO models for both investor and rating agency purposes.\n\nAnalyze collateral portfolios, including key metric calculations and ensuring data integrity.\n\nAssist with preparation of structuring materials, deal memos, rating agency submissions, investor presentations, and marketing materials.\n\nMonitor warehouse activity.\n\nTrack market developments in CLO assets and liabilities, for both broadly syndicated and private credit markets.\n\nHandle administrative elements of transactions (e.g. – NDAs, rating agency engagement)\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of\n\nCLO structures, and portfolio and waterfall indenture mechanics.\n\nCapital markets concepts and securitization processes.\n\nSkill in\n\nQuantitative modeling and scenario analysis.\n\nAdvanced Excel modeling; familiarity with CLO modeling systems (e.g., Intex and rating agency models).\n\nAbility to\n\nIndependently manage analytical workstreams across multiple active transactions.\n\nCommunicate clearly and concisely with senior structurers and cross-functional partners.\n\nWork effectively in a high-pressure, transaction-oriented environment.\n\nIdentify risks, ask the right questions, and elevate issues appropriately.\n\nContinuously expand technical expertise in CLO markets and structuring mechanics.\n\nEducational/Previous Experience Requirements\nEducation/Previous Experience\n\nBachelor's Degree (B.A.) and three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry.\n\nOR ~\n\nAny equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training approved by Human Resources.\n\nLicenses/Certifications\n\nRequired FINRA licenses – Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 63 & Series 79\n\nUnlicensed candidates will be required to obtain registrations within 180 days\n\nTravel Required: No\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Finance\n\nWork Experience\nGeneral Experience - 3 to 6 years\n\nSalary Range\n$80,000.00-$175,000.00\n\nWorkstyle\nResident\n\nThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
