This includes writing, coding, and analyzing software programs and applications.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nDevelop and support stored procedures, Reporting Services reports, and application interfaces using SQL, other languages, and tools.\r\nAnalyze and update application data based on user and business needs.\r\nReview, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.\r\nSupport and troubleshoot business application (ERP) user issues.\r\nDevelop or modify programs based on description of user needs.\r\nPresent proposed application projects to management, code, implement and manage customizations.\r\nCreate technical-oriented documentation.\r\nConsults with internal customers to gather information about solution needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.\r\nAnalyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs.\r\nCreates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirm solutions meet specifications.\r\nProvides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about solutions.\r\nMonitors performance of programs after implementation.\r\nQualifications\r\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\r\nMathematical Skills\r\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.\r\nReasoning Ability\r\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.\r\nComputer Skills\r\nMicrosoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL, complex SQL coding, Reporting Services, and Integration Services.\r\nAt least one programming language such as Visual Basic.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
