Manning Regional Healthcare Center is seeking a Medication Assisted Treatment/Multimodal Chronic Pain Program Registered Nurse Navigator in the Speciality Clinic. This role will assume responsibility and accountability for assigned patients. Performs administrative duties for MAT and Multimodal Chronic Pain Programs.
