At Custom Millwork, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship, values innovation, and is committed to excellence in everything we do.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in North St. Paul, MN for a Multi-Family, Commercial Sales Representative / Project Manager.The Sales Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multi-family projects through completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and customer requirements are consistently met. This role involves coordinating daily project activities, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams, tracking project performance metrics, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.The ideal candidate is proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and is capable of managing multiple projects independently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Key ResponsibilitiesStrong customer service skills with a client-focused approachExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with ContractorsPrepare quotes for doors, trim, hardware, and complete millwork packagesReview blueprints and specifications to develop accurate material orders & schedulesBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construct, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related industry is a plus
