Digital Marketing Coordinator – In Office RequiredThis is a full-time position based out of our Irvine office.Pay range: $35.00 -$38.00 per hourThe Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will assist with website updates, paid media coordination, SEO initiatives, content management, reporting, and overall digital campaign support to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This position plays a key role in driving qualified lead generation, improving website performance, supporting occupancy growth initiatives, and enhancing the company's digital presence across multiple brands and communities.The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing trends and performance optimization.Position ResponsibilitiesExecute website updates across WordPress websites, including landing pages, blog posts, forms, and content enhancementsHelp maintain content accuracy, SEO best practices, and brand consistency across all digital propertiesUpload and manage digital assets including images, videos, PDFs, and promotional contentSupport digital lead generation strategies designed to increase qualified inquiries, tours, and move-ins across company communitiesAssist with campaign QA, tracking implementation, and creative updatesMonitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance trends and communicate optimization recommendationsSupport ongoing SEO initiatives including metadata updates, keyword research, local listings management, and content optimizationAssist with tracking website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics platformsIdentify opportunities to improve website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and lead qualityManage and maintain online business listings across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Yelp, and other directory servicesAssist with lead tracking, CRM coordination, and digital conversion optimization effortsSupport implementation and testing of forms, call tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and other marketing technologiesHelp ensure proper tracking and attribution across campaigns and websitesHelp manage timelines, tasks, and communication across multiple concurrent marketing projectsCoordinate with community teams, designers, developers, agency partners, and vendorsMaintain organized documentation of marketing initiatives, campaign assets, and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, online listing management, SEO, website analytics, or advertising support, with a basic understanding of digital marketing performance metricsFamiliarity with platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, CRM systems, call tracking platforms, marketing automation tools, and online reputation management platforms such as Reputation.com is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skillsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with WordPress multisite environmentsUnderstanding of paid media performance metrics and reportingKnowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plusExperience working with external agencies or vendorsWith communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada, opportunities for career growth, relocation, and travel are significant.
