Head Coach, Cross Country and Track & Field

Job SummaryProvides leadership for all aspects of Cleveland State University’s (CSU) NCAA Division I women’s cross country and track & field program, including coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, compliance, and program administration. Promotes excellence in academic achievement, competitive success, community engagement, and student-athlete well-being while enhancing the visibility and reputation of the program. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent.Three (3) years experience coaching cross country and/or track & field at the high school, collegiate, club, or equivalent level.Valid driver’s license and ability to establish driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
