We are scaling quickly and looking for strong people-and-process leaders to manage frontline production teams while protecting client relationships.As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 15 mortgage processors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure consistent service quality, fast issue resolution, and strong loan officer retention. This is not a “hands-off” role — you are expected to actively manage performance, coach quickly, and make tough decisions when necessary.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-ownership environment and understands that retaining clients starts with managing people well. Key responsibilities include:Team Leadership & PerformanceDirectly manage and coach ~15 mortgage processorsSet clear performance expectations and hold team members accountableIdentify underperformance early and act decisively through coaching, corrective action, or terminationMaintain staffing coverage and performance consistency across clientsCulture & AccountabilityFoster a culture of ownership, urgency, and professionalismLead with clarity, fairness, and consistencyModel strong communication and decision-making under pressureQualifications3+ years of mortgage processing experience (wholesale preferred)Strong understanding of loan lifecycle, conditions, and client expectationsComfortable handling escalations and difficult conversationsExperience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentsCompensation & StructureTotal Compensation Package: ~$100,000Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, 3 weeks PTOWhy Willow ProcessingSince 2020, Willow Processing has been the source of innovation in the contract processing industry.
