Vice President of Sales – Printing & Labeling (Hybrid) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization within the printing and labeling industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue and gross profit growth across key markets, including industrial labeling and specialty print solutions. The VP of Sales will develop and execute sales strategy, coach and lead the sales team, manage annual sales and gross profit budgets, and maintain personal sales responsibilities with assigned key accounts. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy specific to the printing and labeling market, aligned with company growth objectives Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to drive performance, accountability, and professional development Own and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and targets, with full accountability for revenue and gross profit performance Analyze sales trends, margins, and pipeline activity to optimize pricing, mix, and profitability Maintain a personal book of business, including key accounts, while achieving an individual sales goal Collaborate with operations, production, estimating, and customer service teams to ensure accurate quoting, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of sales team members Strengthen relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and partners Ensure effective use of CRM tools and sales reporting to drive data-based decisions Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership within the printing, labeling, packaging, or industrial manufacturing industry Minimum of 3–5 years of experience coaching, managing, and developing a sales team Demonstrated success driving revenue growth while protecting and improving gross margins Experience owning and managing annual sales and gross profit budgets Strong understanding of print processes, labeling applications, materials, and pricing strategies Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on selling and customer engagement Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills CRM and sales analytics proficiency What We Offer Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives Hybrid work environment Opportunity to influence company strategy and long-term growth Collaborative, performance-driven culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,986.72 - $91,510.88 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Marshfield, MO 65706
