We are a Mass Save partner and Home Performance Contractor seeking a qualified and motivated sales rep to join our growing team. Position: BPI Certified Energy Auditor & Sales RepResponsibilities:Conduct home energy assessments and provided recommendations for home improvements, including HVAC systems, weatherization, and solar PV systemsManage sales and client communications to ensure smooth installations and project completion goalsAttend weekly in-person training meetings to learn product and service knowledge and grow your skillsExperience:No sales experience required; we provide exceptional training for motivated and coachable individualsOpportunity to run Mass Save energy audits if you are BPI certified and be able to pass Mass Save requirements for Building Analysts. Not required for the Sales roleAbility to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionallyBilingual proficiency is an assetCompensation:Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $230,000+ per yearQualified appointments providedUncapped commission structure.
