Responsible for analyzing, managing, or performing work necessary to plan, design, develop, acquire, document, test, implement, integrate, maintain, or modify systems for solving problems or accomplishing work processes by using information technology (IT) systems such as computers, servers, routers, etc.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform system administrator duties.\nPerform routine and unscheduled startup/shutdown procedures. Perform full system backups of Virtual Machine (VM) Servers and ensure successful completion.\nPerform password maintenance by following server Operating System rules and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) requirements.\nProvide end-user support, assisting personnel with system access, configuration, and troubleshooting.\nMonitor interface, system/database logs for errors and maintain system integrity.\nPerform routine processing of batch programs/scripts to produce data/report files.\nProvide assistance to personnel in preparation for their deployment by coordinating hardware and software requirements\nProvide customer support to users for remote desktop access, connectivity, interface, and user account problems.
