You will analyze budgets, schedules, and program risks, support requirements analysis and system testing, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership, ensuring programs stay on track and well-informed decisions get made.\n\nFWI is expanding rapidly and has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace by the Washington Post, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.\n\n**Position is contingent upon contract award**\n\nWork Schedule and Location:\n\nOn-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the Herbert C. Hoover building in Washington, DC.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide analytical and consultative support across all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation\nAnalyze and review program budget, schedule, and resource data to help ensure project success\nIdentify resource shortfalls, risks, and issues, and recommend mitigation strategies\nParticipate in requirements analysis sessions and review business/system requirements for integration needs\nConduct research, review test results, and monitor system testing to develop recommendations for leadership\nDevelop and present reports detailing findings, risks, and proposed solutions\nEvaluate process alternatives and recommend efficiencies to support continuous improvement\nQualifications:\n\nRequired:\n\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience\nMinimum of 4 years of related experience in program analysis and project support\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in federal programs\n\nDesired:\n\nExperience supporting international trade, economic, or industry analysis programs\nExperience with requirements analysis, software design, or system/performance testing\nExperience briefing findings and recommendations to federal program leadership\n\nWhy Join Our Team:\n\nAt FWI, we place the highest importance on creating an exceptional employee experience.
