Job Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP Job Location : Hillsboro, OR Minimum Experience: 10 Years Overview : This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical business operations, ensuring smooth implementation and deployment of SAP systems. The role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA and OM, with a specialization in one of the following areas: Quality Systems, Planning and Scheduling, MRO, or Warehouse and Distribution. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SAP S4HANA and OM with a focus on quality systems, planning and scheduling, MRO, or warehouse and distribution. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and day-in-the-life (dress rehearsal) simulations to ensure system readiness and user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and refine role mapping and user access for SAP S4HANA systems. Review and enhance global training materials, ensuring comprehensive, site-level work instructions are prepared and communicated effectively. Deliver local end-user training sessions, conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops, and localize training materials to meet specific operational needs. Act as a local change agent to support seamless transitions during the deployment phase, including system go-live, post-implementation support, and ramp-down planning. Coordinate with SOP owners to update local procedures in line with the new system requirements and ensure alignment with operational standards. Participate in and support the deployment project phases, focusing on ensuring business continuity and smooth system adoption. Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: SAP S/4HANA Expertise : At least 1-2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, with a minimum of 10 years overall experience in SAP environments. Formal Testing Experience : Experience in performing formal UAT and deployment testing is essential. Technical Writing Skills : Proficiency in drafting technical documentation such as SOPs and work instructions. Training Facilitation : Experience in delivering end-user training and working closely with both IT and business SMEs. Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with users at all levels of experience. Flexibility : Ability to adapt to changes in scope and work under tight deadlines. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project objectives. Education : Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in Life Sciences or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with master data management in SAP systems is a plus. Prior involvement in large-scale system deployments within manufacturing or distribution environments.
