They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nReceive training from current engineers in proper job safety and repair procedures.\nObserve engineers while they perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.\nAssist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.\nWork with management to ensure energy management by taking measures to verify that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.\nInspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.\nFollow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.\nImpact through methods, tasks, and duties which are clearly defined and followed with little to no discretion.\nWhat You’ll Need:\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college program or technical school.\nMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.\nAbility to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office products.
