In this role, you will support the NNSA Assistant Deputy Administrator (ADA). You will also provide technical, program and project management assistance to the NA-125 front office as well as liaison with other Defense Programs (DP), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations associated with the NA-125 portfolio responsibilities. You will work onsite daily, located on Kirtland Air Force Base in the NNSA John Gordon building in Albuquerque, NM.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvide a comprehensive, coordinated approach to successfully planning and executing the stockpile modernization portfolio.\nCoordinate with NNSA federal and contractor staff as well as Management and Operating (M&O) contractor personnel.\nAbsorb broad objectives from management, then independently analyze, evaluate, and integrate solutions for unusually complex and diverse technical problems.\nTrack and manage DP, DoD, and Congressional actions and inquires.\nProvide NNSA program coordination for sites to address program and portfolio requirements and inquiries.\nPrepare program briefing outlines, assign tasks to points of contact for products delivered, and ensure level of detail is negotiated with the ADA and stakeholders.\nInterface with other NNSA offices and external stakeholders to respond to a variety of requests and technical study efforts.\n\nWhat You Will Need:\nActive DOE Q clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain additional clearances.\n10 or more years of technical work experience in weapons/nuclear weapons and delivery platforms, including project or program management or systems engineering.\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
