This position serves as the primary owner of project, client, employee, and business development data, ensuring consistency, accuracy across the firm.(Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually. RMF considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.)ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain project, client, contact, employee, and pursuit information in Deltek VantagepointReview and update records to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completenessEstablish and maintain standardized naming conventions and data entry proceduresMonitor databases for duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records and perform regular cleanup activitiesProcess project setups, client updates, employee information, and organizational changesPerform regular audits to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect informationResearch and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with department managersMaintain documentation of data management procedures and workflowsAssist with data validation for proposals, project tracking, and business development activities. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirementsServe as a resource for employees regarding database processes and data standards. Assist users with locating, updating, and maintaining information in Deltek Vantagepoint. Support special projects related to data collection, migration, and process improvementAssist in managing a searchable photo and graphic asset libraryCreate website case studies with a cohesive look, feel, and functionalityFacilitate the dissemination and sharing of knowledge throughout the firm. RequirementsSkills & QualificationsOutstanding oral and written communication skillsEnthusiastic desire to engage in business systems and process improvementStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of Content management systems (CMS), experience with Vantagepoint preferredExperience with RFP processes and business development a plusExperience in an engineering, architecture, or professional services firm preferredKnowledge of project-based business operations and business development processesExperience creating reports and dashboardsFamiliarity with data quality management and CRM best practicesMeasures of Success Create content once: leverage more content multiple times rather than redeveloping stories we have told before Improved capacity to generate proposal and presentation content Improved knowledge sharing across teams and onboarding for new employees Easy-to-use graphics database with approved image and design assets Leveraging cutting-edge software and tools to complete work effectively and efficiently.
