reporting as the company continues to scale.• Lead and develop the accounting team while partnering closely with operations.We're Looking For✔ 5+ years leading finance for a company with $30M-$150M in annual revenue✔ Experience in construction, pool & spa, home services, specialty trades, field services, distribution, or multi-location/franchise operations✔ Strong background in accounting, FP&A, cash management, and multi-entity financial reporting✔ Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, and ERP systems is highly preferred✔ CPA and/or Accounting or Finance degree strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits$160K-$220K base salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus 15-30% annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage.This role is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on—someone who can translate financial data into
