About Sweet RoboSweet Robo designs and manufactures autonomous robotic vending machines that dispense food, entertainment, and retail products — from cotton candy and ice cream to popcorn, balloons, and more.Our Mission: To transform how the world experiences vending by combining automation and entertainment, creating moments of joy for customers and profit for partners.As the only American robotic vending company with machines designed and assembled in the U.S., we serve major brands and venues worldwide with offices in Brooklyn NY, Texas, Poland, and China.Role Description:•Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and email marketing channels to generate high-quality leads, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.•Manage full campaign lifecycle including audience research, campaign setup, budget allocation, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization based on performance data.•Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including keyword research, audience targeting, creatives coordination, and funnel alignment.•Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated flows, lead nurturing sequences, and promotional campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.•Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email platforms, with a strong focus on ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.•Continuously test creatives, messaging, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance and scale successful campaigns.•Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and email content.•Manage and optimize marketing funnels from first touch to conversion, including retargeting and remarketing strategies.•Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, paid media, and email automation.Requirements:Experience in managing paid campaigns on Meta and GoogleStrong understanding of performance marketing and conversion trackingExperience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot)Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisionsAbility to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficientlyStrong attention to detail and execution skillsWhat We Offer:Salary of $70K and performance bonusesWork with cutting-edge robotics and automation technologyGlobal team across multiple continentsProfessional growth in a fast-growing industry
