You'll play a key role in the coordination of team resources across projects, serving as the principal link between customers and internal team members in the delivery of customer projects. You'll also collaborate with other Brown & Brown lines of business to develop, implement and maintain technology-based solutions and services that meet customer requirements and EBTech commitments.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nCoordinate with business development teammates to properly transfer sales cycle knowledge for each new implementation the IPM will manage.\nDrive exceptional, consistent project management for concurrent projects.\nTranslate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget and quality standards for the entire life cycle of the project.\nServe as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring the progress of teams against established goals.\nCoordinate with leaders to secure needed resources based on availability and talent needed.\nCommunicate closely with account teams and customer contacts throughout the implementation so that all parties understand tasks, deadlines and items that put timelines at risk if delays occur.\nManage customer expectations and raise appropriate issues to Director of Operations and other leaders.\nDrive results with all parties (EBTech/account team/customer/carriers)\nDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with customer contacts through efficient, quality execution of projects, effective communication, and value-added consulting advice\nTrain customers on use of new tools and approaches\nFollow organizational and line of business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of solutions.\nLicenses & Certifications:\nLicensure in Life and Health Insurance or the ability to obtain producers license within one year of employment.\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nMinimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent comparable experience.\n7+ years of experience with project management for mid-to-large group implementations on Benefits Administration or Comparable Software\nDeep understanding of employee benefits, HRIS, Payroll or equivalent programs and implementation requirements\nProficient with MS Office Suite\nExceptional/professional presentation skills\nProven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with team members in other practices and at all levels to effectively sell and deliver on customer needs.\nA professional presence with polished and well-developed written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.\nPay Range\n$75,000 - $85,000 Annual\nThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance\nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement\nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.\nNot reflective of all benefits.
