You will design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data models that feed process-mining platforms. Celonis and Celonis Platform Administration knowledge is optional — candidates with strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL, data modeling and integration skills are encouraged to.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead design, development, and implementation of ETL processes and data models to integrate source data into a Process Intelligence platform (e.g., Celonis).\nParticipate in analysis sessions and work with data analysts to document data mappings and ETL requirements.\nBuild reliable, secure connections to source systems (JDBC, Kafka, APIs) and validate data ingestion.\nImplement and optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and data integrity.\nDesign and implement audits and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and correctness from application platforms to the process-mining environment.\nProvide operational support for production ETL jobs; troubleshoot failures and performance issues.\nDefine and enforce governance, access control, and best practices for process data and ETL artifacts.\nCollaborate with business, PM, BA, and infrastructure teams to enable continuous improvement and automation opportunities.\nSupport Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery activities.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).\n7+ years of relevant experience in data integration, ETL development, or related software engineering roles.\nStrong SQL and PL/SQL skills (required).\nProven experience designing and building ETL solutions and data models; strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.\nExperience integrating data from ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Maximo) desirable.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally.\n\nOptional / Preferred (but not required):\nExperience with Celonis process mining tools or Celonis Platform Administration (optional — nice to have).\nExperience with Apache Kafka and real-time streaming integrations. (optional — nice to have).\nProficiency in Python or other scripting/programming languages for automation and data transformation.\nFamiliarity with platform administration tasks (user governance, access control, monitoring) for process-mining platforms.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nStrong ETL and data-integration engineering skills with the ability to deliver robust, auditable data pipelines.\nCandidates without prior Celonis experience who demonstrate strong ETL, SQL/PL-SQL, and integration expertise are encouraged to.\nThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.98/hour - $57.79/hour.
