Reporting to our Milwaukee office, we welcome candidates from Ripon, Appleton, OshKosh, and the greater Fox Valley to apply.\n\nEmployees working in Ripon have a short commute from Northfield, Owatonna, and Waseca, and will enjoy professional growth and community engagement through our regional presence in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota.\n\nAs a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will:\n\nLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing safety, quality, throughput, and cost within machining and assembly operations\nAnalyze and optimize manufacturing processes by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflow efficiency, and implementing sustainable process improvements\nPartner with production, maintenance, supervisors, team leads, and operators to drive operational excellence and support daily manufacturing activities\nManage process development projects including equipment installation, workstation design, tooling improvements, and production line enhancements\nSupport manufacturing operations through troubleshooting, capability studies, time studies, process mapping, and root cause analysis\nDevelop and implement standardized work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and lean manufacturing practices that improve productivity and reduce waste\nCollaborate with suppliers and Applied partners across the Fox Valley, Wisconsin, to strengthen manufacturing performance\nSupport projects that impact communities in Ripon, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Berlin, Green Lake, Princeton, Waupun, Rosendale, North Fond du Lac, Winneconne, Omro, Markesan, and Brandon\nContribute to a dynamic environment that values ownership, innovation, and hands‑on problem solving\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering required\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer role\nExperience supporting machining, assembly, or press manufacturing operations\nStrong background in process improvement, continuous improvement, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies\nHands-on experience working directly with operators, assemblers, supervisors, and production teams in a manufacturing environment\nProven ability to identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve throughput and efficiency\nExperience conducting capability studies, time studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis\nExperience specifying and implementing tools, jigs, fixtures, and production equipment\nKnowledge of equipment installation, process relocation, workstation design, and ergonomic improvements\nExperience supporting cost reduction initiatives related to scrap, rework, cycle time, labor efficiency, and productivity\nProficiency with Creo and AutoCAD preferred\nStrong project coordination, troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills\nAbility to lead cross-functional improvement efforts while building strong relationships with production personnel and suppliers\nExperience in a highly manual or semi-automated manufacturing environment preferred\nDemonstrated success driving manufacturing improvements through collaboration, influence, and hands-on problem solving\nCapable of working independently and as a team member\nESTIMATED PAY RANGE\n\nEngineer I: $34.62–$40.38/hour\n\nEngineer II: $38.46–$44.23/hour\n\nEngineer III: $43.27–$49.04/hour\n\nSenior Engineer: $46.63–$53.85/hour\n\nFinal compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
