If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile.\n\nPrimary Objective:\n\nOperates various powered industrial trucks to load and unload finished product in the shipping and receiving process.\n\nShift:\n\n3rd: M-F, 6:00pm-2:30am\n\nEquipment Knowledge:\n\nSit-Down Forklift\nStand-Up/Reach Forklift\nOrder Picker/Cherry Picker Forklift\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPicking\n\nOperate powered industrial truck(s) to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets.\nKeys order into Warehouse Management System (WMS)\nVerifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy\nConveys picked orders to packing station or shipping areas\n\nReceiving\n\nOperates various powered industrial trucks to receive product into warehouse and prepare for stocking\nOpens crates and inspects product\nApplies labels to product according to establishing procedures\nVerifies shading of product and places into accurate warehouse location\n\nPutaway\n\nUtilizespowered industrialequipment to move product into pre-designated areas within warehouse once received\nKeys location of product into inventory control system and places product onto shelves\nEnsures product is placed into accurate location\n\nSPC Check/Pack Checking\n\nWraps and packs products by hand into boxes for shipping\nLabels boxes with packing slip\nLoads boxes into conveyor belt\nVerifies orders for accuracy\n\nGeneral\n\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor\nFollows standard operating and safety procedures\nKeeps area safe, clean, and organized\nPerforms other related duties as required\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience.\nMust have a minimum of six months to 1 year of sit-downforklift. Reach truck, and OP experience.\nGood oral and written communications skills.\nGood record keeping skills.
