You will report to the Director, Business Intelligence and use new state-of-the-art big data platforms to provide strategic insights across all areas of Kestra. Our BI team serves at an enterprise level, building common frameworks that support business analysis capabilities.ResponsibilitiesWork to support our business intelligence capabilities in a big data ecosystem that enables governed self-service analytics in an iterative, design-thinking led manner.Create specifications for reports and dashboards to support organization-wide or department-level strategic goals. Can represent those requirements using data visualization framework(s) through Tableau dashboards or reports.Support a self-service business intelligence environment by developing scalable/automated dashboard solutions to reduce manual work and support self-service in a Tableau environment.Work with our users across the organization to adopt existing business intelligence dashboards and self-service functionality.Work with Business Intelligence Data Governance team to develop or document data marts, queries, or calculations to support enterprise-wide reporting.
