The organization is focused on disciplined capital deployment, operational excellence, and strategic expansion through development and acquisitions.Position OverviewThe company is seeking a senior commercial executive to lead expansion strategy across infrastructure development, structured partnerships, and strategic transactions. This leader will drive new market entry, originate and structure complex opportunities, and execute commercial strategies that unlock long-term asset value. The role requires an experienced dealmaker comfortable operating in ambiguity, with strong knowledge of regulatory and capital frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate greenfield and brownfield infrastructure investment opportunitiesLead transaction execution including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, risk assessment, and commercial structuringOriginate and negotiate strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunitiesDevelop pricing frameworks and contract structures to optimize long-term asset utilization and margin performanceBuild executive-level relationships with transportation authorities, operators, suppliers, and capital partnersSupport capital allocation strategy and long-range commercial planningPrepare and present investment cases to executive leadership and board stakeholdersEnsure compliance across commercial agreements and regulatory frameworksBuild and lead a high-performing commercial teamRepresent the organization at industry forums and executive-level engagementsQualifications10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within energy infrastructure, aviation fuel systems, refined products midstream, or comparable asset-based environmentsDemonstrated success closing complex infrastructure transactions (development, partnerships, acquisitions)Experience structuring and negotiating multi-party commercial agreementsStrong financial acumen including modeling, valuation, and risk assessmentTrack record of expanding markets, launching new revenue streams, or entering new geographiesDeep understanding of infrastructure regulatory environments and capital frameworksExperience leading teams in lean, growth-oriented environmentsBachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline preferred)Ability to travel extensively (50–75%)Compensation - Very CompetitivePerformance incentives and long-term upside aligned with growth objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
