In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions that directly impact patient care delivery, predictive diagnostics, and clinical operations.\n\nThis AI Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical leaders, data engineers, and administrative staff, to identify opportunities where Al can optimize workflows. Applying process improvement principles, you will help us eliminate system bottlenecks and ensure our technological infrastructure scales effectively\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nFacilitate and coordinate the development of AI solutions to meet the strategic needs of business areas across the organization.\nSupport the machine learning lifecycle from identifying data to maintenance in production environments.\nImplement best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and training of the models.\nServe as a liaison between business users, data engineers, and developers to build, implement, and integrate AI solutions into services and products.\nCreate and maintain technical and user documentation for models.\nLead data analysis to support strategic decision making\nUtilize data visualization and trend analysis to produce reports for leadership teams.\n\nJob-Specific Requirements:\n\nBachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or related technical field.\nThree years or more of professional experience in machine learning or AI engineering role.\nTwo or more years of professional experience in data analysis.\nStrong proficiency in Python and Core ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.\nStrong understanding of data structures and algorithms.\nExperienced in any of cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services (Vertex AI, Azure ML, SageMaker).\nStrong communications skills in relating complex subject matter to senior management.\nAbility to manipulate large data sets and identify trends using BI tools.\nAbility to lead projects and to coordinate efforts of developers of varying skill levels.\nProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.\nProblem-solving and analytical skill level to effectively diagnose unpredictable model behaviors, decompose complex data challenges and optimize system-level compromises.\nVerbal and written communication skills that bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy by translating complex information into jargon-free explanations while utilizing data storytelling that communicates trends and why certain metrics matter.\n\nWhy Join Us\n\nPurpose-Driven Work: Make a meaningful impact on the Health & Wellness of our Members.\nLearning & Development: Build foundational knowledge in healthcare and insurance industry.\nCareer Growth: Clear pathways to grow your career where your skills flourish, including Corporate Intelligence, Data Management, Innovation and Development.\nHealthy Culture: Work in an environment with a focus on your health which allows you to thrive.
