At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.\n\nCurrently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to support the drive of software design, development, integration, configuration management, transition planning, acceptance testing and deployment activities for efficiencies on our team in the Aurora, CO area.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCoordinate with Chief Engineer (CE)/Chief Architect (CA) to review SOW and recommend platform resources, software, and implementation approach.\nServe as liaison to ensure smooth initial standup of needed development and production environments.\nSupport path to production process ensure smooth initial deployments as well as subsequent updates and re-deploys to production.\nSupport planning and execution of testing, to include supporting stand up of specific test environments.\nRepresent and advise on platform needs for integration testing and performance testing.\nProvide ongoing support to O&M needs, representing program needs to platform providers.\nSupport strategic discussions for future enhancements, improvements, and upgrades to platform offerings.\nDocument emerging needs of developers and propose future changes.\nInterface with platform providers and ensure smooth coordination and communication between various platform providers.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience with various levels of testing (requirements verification, feature testing, and/or unit testing).\nExperience with interface definition and documentation.\nExperience with CONOPS development.\nExperience working on an Agile scrum team.\nExperience with automated testing.\nExperience with DevSecOps.\nExperience with Cloud technologies.\nRelevant Domain knowledge.\nBachelor's Degree\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\nAn active and current TS/SCI w/ poly is required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%\nThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
