We are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.\n\nPosition Details\n\n* Position: General Construction Laborer\n* Location: Eldon, MO\n* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM minimum\n* Employment: Full-time\n* Overtime: Opportunities available weekly\n* Pay: Based on knowledge, experience, and skill level\n* Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDepending on your experience and the needs of each project, responsibilities may include:\n\n* Framing\n* Plumbing\n* Concrete work\n* Roofing\n* Siding\n* Grading\n* Site cleanup\n* General construction labor\n* Assisting experienced crew members\n* Learning and performing tasks across multiple areas of construction\n\nQualifications\n\nBDI is open to candidates with a wide range of experience.\n\nWe welcome applicants who are:\n\n* New to the construction industry\n* Experienced in one or more areas of construction\n* Experienced general laborers\n* Skilled tradespeople\n* Experienced framing crew members or crew leads\n* Willing and eager to learn new skills\n\nFormal experience in every area of construction is not required.
