You will help customers successfully implement ECI Software Solutions by leveraging your knowledge of the software's capabilities and limitations to deliver effective implementation solutions. You will also be responsible for facilitating customer training and promoting knowledge sharing within the implementation team.\nEssential Job Duties\nSuccessfully implement ECI software solutions and provide ongoing consulting services, delivering an exceptional customer experience while gaining a thorough understanding of each customer's business processes.\nServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout the implementation process.\nLead customer sessions with the objective of identifying and documenting: Current and future business initiatives, Gap analysis within current systems and/or processes, and Reporting / data analytics requirements.\nImplement the software, considering aspects such as timeline, budget, scope, and delivery, following the implementation methodology and agreements with the Manager of Implementation Services.\nUnderstand and deliver upon the ECI implementation methodology, which includes the ability to complete:\nRequirements gathering through existing process reviews\nSystems design and fit-gap analysis\nSystem configuration and setup\nEngineer solutions based on complicated customer business requirements\nNew process design and definition\nPre-implementation system testing\nConcept validation and user acceptance testing\nData migration and data formatting recommendations\nGo-live implementation tasks and post-go-live consulting\nConsulting recap/activity reporting\nEnsure timely and accurate project and time administration\nIdentify and manage potential issues and escalations in coordination with the Manager of Implementation Services or project manager\nWork is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.\nMaintain awareness of project budgets and the solution sold to the customer, proactively managing implementation activities to align with project scope and budget expectations.\nRequired Education (preferred)\nBachelor’s Degree\nPreferred Education (not required)\nMaster’s Degree\nDegree Focus\nBusiness Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent\nYears of Experience Required\n1 – 3 years\nSpecialty/Industry Experience\nSoftware implementation or consultation experience. Lumber Building Material Industry\nManagement Experience\nN/A\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements\nStrong knowledge of ERP systems; ERP implementation experience preferred.\nUnderstanding of common business practices in manufacturing, distribution, retail, operations, and finance.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical expertise through virtual interactions.\nExcellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nPossess fundamental technical networking knowledge to assist customers with troubleshooting, along with a basic proficiency in configuring and managing various Windows printer connection types.\nTravel Requirements\nTravel is not a regular requirement for this position. However, occasional travel may be requested to support customer implementations, customer meetings, training, or special projects.
