Navigate our phase-gate process and drive timely execution.\r\nMitigate risk: Apply a meticulous and proactive approach to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Develop robust strategies to prevent and resolve issues before they can impact program success.\r\nChampion customer satisfaction: Serve as the primary liaison between our team and external stakeholders. Clearly and concisely communicate program progress, risks, and forecasts to ensure alignment and build strong relationships.\r\nDrive performance: Manage and influence resources to achieve program objectives, track performance against cost targets, and identify opportunities for additional revenue and cost reduction.\r\nChampion continuous improvement: Uphold our commitment to excellence by standardizing processes, capturing lessons learned, and continuously improving our products and procedures.\r\nPerforms special projects/tasks as assigned.\r\n\r\nPreferred Education\r\n\r\nBachelor's Degree in a technical or business field\r\n\r\nPreferred Experience\r\n\r\n10 years' experience in program management or similar role in a highly regulated industry.\r\n\r\nPreferred Specialized Skills and Abilities\r\n\r\nProven experience in successfully managing complex technical programs in the aerospace or another highly-regulated industry.\r\nDemonstrated ability to lead, influence, and mentor technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.\r\nExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a fast-paced, independent environment.\r\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical and business information to diverse audiences.\r\nAn analytical mindset with proven experience in risk management, budgetary control, and strategic planning.\r\nProficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project), task management software (e.g., Jira) and strong technical aptitude.\r\nHighly Desirable: PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or Value Engineering certification.\r\n\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\n\r\nThis role may travel 10-20% of the time dependent upon business needs.\r\nFrequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.\r\nFrequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.\r\nThe person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office\r\nFrequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.\r\n\r\nPay\r\nPlease note the pay rate is $90.00 hourly.
