Job description:On the Go RV Pros is a fast-growing, family-owned mobile RV repair and inspection company serving South Florida. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an RV Service Coordinator.This position is ideal for someone who excels at organization, customer service, multi-tasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.Position DetailsPart-Time25-30 hours per weekPay: Up to $25/hour based on experiencePrimarily in-office position in Port St. Lucie, FLResponsibilitiesAnswer phones, texts, and client inquiriesAssist with scheduling appointments and managing technician workflowsOrder, track, and organize RV parts and materialsCoordinate parts deliveries and vendor communicationAssist technicians with parts sourcing and inventoryCreate estimates and invoicesMaintain organized customer and job recordsSupport day-to-day office and service operationsRequirementsPrevious RV industry experience is preferredPrevious experience as a service coordinator requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable using computers, email, and office softwareAbility to multitask and work independentlyExcellent customer service skillsExperience sourcing parts and communicating with vendorsExperience with Jobber or other CRM softwareMust have favorable background checkWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to help support a growing business.
