This individual will play a critical role in driving new business growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening relationships with leading beauty and consumer brands. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a hunter mentality, strong industry connections, and a proven ability to generate revenue and deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipelineIdentify and secure new business opportunities within beautyDevelop and strengthen client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and ongoing communicationPartner cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, procurement, estimating, and product development to ensure client needs are metServe as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating timelines, project updates, and business opportunitiesPrepare pricing proposals, support contract discussions, and manage program briefs from concept through executionPresent business updates, pipeline activity, and strategic growth initiatives to leadershipAttend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as neededMonitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and maintain a strong market positionQualificationsBachelor’s degree required5+ years of sales experience within the beauty, personal care, packaging, contract manufacturing, or broader CPG industryExisting network of contacts within beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or related consumer product sectorsProven success generating new business, closing deals, and exceeding sales targetsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and building pipelines from scratchEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and proactivelyExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPositive, results-oriented approach with a high level of professionalism and integrityWhat’s OfferedOpportunity to join a growing and innovative manufacturing organizationHigh-visibility role with strong leadership exposureCollaborative and entrepreneurial environmentCompetitive compensation structure with strong growth potentialAbility to make a measurable impact on company growth and market expansionPlease note, due to the high volume of submissions, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually.
