We welcome your application to receive consideration for the following position.\r\nIntroduction\r\nThe Sponsor serves as the principal conduit between CIA and former CIA officers (alumni) to facilitate continued contributions to mission, mitigate counterintelligence risks, honor service, and streamline communications. The Sponsor seeks to enhance and refine the Alumni Relations TS and Unclassified Ecosystem to further meet ongoing and developing requirements. This ecosystem, once fully operational, will meet mission requirements for alumni engagement, provide a secure bidirectional communication to enable the Sponsor to disseminate important guidance, reduce alumni security concerns, and enable the alumni to comply with reporting requirements.\r\nRequired Skills and Demonstrated Experience\r\nDemonstrated experience translating database requirements into end-to-end design for databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other database systems.\r\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining database structures.\r\nDemonstrated experience designing interactive web databases and web services; and user interfaces.\r\nDemonstrated experience developing security procedures to protect databases from unauthorized usage.\r\nDemonstrated experience developing, testing, and implementing complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.\r\nDemonstrated experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and MS Azure cloud technologies.\r\nDemonstrated experience with Linux administration and scripting languages including Bash and Python.\r\nDemonstrated experience performing as an Agile Scrum Master.\r\nHighly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience\r\nDemonstrated experience analyzing customer requirements and providing technical expertise on cloud cluster computing techniques and technologies.\r\nDemonstrated experience working with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.\r\nDemonstrated experience designing and customizing software for client use in a cloud environment with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.\r\nDemonstrated experience providing technical support during software installation or configuration.\r\nDemonstrated experience developing formal database requirements.\r\nUS Citizenship\r\nThis position requires US Citizenship. Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements will be confirmed.\r\nSecurity Clearance\r\nThe successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.\r\nClearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.\r\nTravel\r\nThis position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA).
