Equal parts engineer and on-site translator between our engineering team and the customer.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n• Represent engineering on-site, supporting both development and deployment\n\n• Build testing plans and procedures tailored to the customer site and roadmap\n\n• Run tests on-site, track data, debug issues, and keep work moving\n\n• Make sure testing goals are met while keeping the customer happy with performance\n\n• Analyze collected data to help improve our software and hardware\n\n• Keep engineering in the loop with clear, useful feedback\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nMust-haves:\n\n• Engineering or Business degree, or equivalent hands-on industry experience\n\n• Deep experience managing complex integrations or robotics systems: 5+ years with a BS or 3+ years with an MS\n\n• Proven ability to lead technical rollouts spanning hardware, software, and on-site operations\n\n• Ability to explain complex technology to audiences from the warehouse floor to the boardroom\n\nNice-to-haves:\n\n• Experience refining processes so they scale across sites\n\n• CAD for site planning, enterprise networking, and Python or C++ APIs\n\n• Comfort working in ambiguity\n\n• Instinct for turning a strong technical integration into a larger account opportunity\n\nAbout Us\n\nDynamic Creatures is a robotics company designing and building interactive character robots for entertainment and hospitality brands.
