Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations.Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.Other duties as assigned.Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. flexibility required, with no overtime unless approved by management.
