Back of House Staff

F&F Restaurant Mt. Lebanon is looking for Pizza Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers to join our opening team! You’ll collaborate closely with both Front of House and Back of House team members to ensure smooth service and consistent quality. This role requires a passion for food, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude, all while upholding company standards and delivering a great guest experience. Requirements: 1+ years kitchen prep or line experience ( Pizza or dough experience is a plus!) An-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment Basic knife skills and familiarity and comfortability in a small kitchen Outstanding communication and organizational skills Proven ability to be a team player Flexible Schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 50lbs on occasion and 15 pounds regularly.
