Infrastructure Engineers build the foundation for Ivo’s entire platform. Customers are cagey about their contracts, so each customer gets their isolated environment with containers, database, VPC, etc. Things break. Regions go down. Cloud and LLM providers have “incidents.” Customers still expect us to hit our SLAs.\nWhat? We’re looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer as part of Infrastructure team to:\nBuild and maintain Docker-based environments across dev/staging/prod\nOwn and improve our deployment and release pipelines (GitHub Actions)\nManage infrastructure using Pulumi (Infrastructure as Code)\nSupport backend services (APIs, workers, jobs) and frontend apps (builds, deployments, performance issues)\nDebug issues across the stack: infra backend frontend\nImprove developer experience: faster builds, cleaner environments\nHelp define and improve CI/CD workflows\nAutomate repetitive processes wherever possible\nWho? We need someone with:\nMinimum 7 years of experience\nStrong expertise in DevOps / infrastructure + some full-stack exposure\nHands-on experience with Pulumi (or similar IaC tools like Terraform), Docker / containerization, GitHub + CI/CD pipelines\nGood debugging skills: debugging ambiguous issues, tracing problems across systems\nThis isn’t a “keep the lights on” role. You’ll be building the system that keeps the company running. In addition to helping us run a solid, high-performance distributed system, we’d love someone who’s as excited about LLMs as we are.
