Chiefly, acts as coach, trainer, and leader building skill levels of all on crew by example and demonstration. Frequently performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on Hotel and Casino buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines team members; addresses complaints and resolves problems\n\nConducts regular meetings with team members; Prepares weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts, adjusting schedules throughout the week to meet business demands\n\nSupervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the maintenance electrical and mechanical operations\n\nInspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained\n\nEnsures proper maintenance of facility machinery and building\n\nMaintains inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts at required levels by initiating requisitions for purchase;
