Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware and software development. Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. Partner with Engineering and Production to plan development and test schedules, track milestones, and ensure successful execution. Facilitate program reviews, align stakeholders, and remove obstacles. Identify risk and develop risk mitigation strategies. Drive completion of programs on schedule and within budget while meeting technical requirements and customer expectations. Coordinate product builds and delivery with competing development and testing resources and activities in a matrix organization. Primary interface for customers, building trusted relationships. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating customer and team feedback. Support proposals and collaborate with leadership on strategic project decisions. Available for business travel
