recommend necessary adjustments and accruals.\n\nLead and coordinate full physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and the investigation of discrepancies.\n\nCollaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to monitor usage trends, returns, and cost fluctuations.\n\nReview and confirm accuracy of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) across equipment, materials, and consumables.\n\nProduce and deliver monthly and quarterly financial summaries, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses for executive review.\n\nAssist in system upgrades and process improvements related to ERP inventory and cost accounting functionality.\n\nStrengthen and maintain effective internal control frameworks surrounding inventory.\n\nSupervise, mentor, and develop team members within the inventory accounting function.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required;
