The candidate must be in the US.Role Description:The Solutions Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for partnering with customers and internal teams to design, present, and implement effective technical solutions on the PPLIED platform. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with sales and presales teams to understand client requirements, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications. The person in this role will develop integration plans, configure platform features, and support smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers. They will troubleshoot technical issues, document best practices, and provide consultative guidance to help clients optimize their hiring workflows.
