If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.\nThe achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:\nEssential Job Functions:\nDaily Tier review attendance.\nWork with supply chain team to effectively management of the escalation process for both internal and external supply.\nReview materials availability (X-Chart / Mismatch)\nSupport Supervisor in managing Lines of Balance for each Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) within their responsibility.\nDevelop production and kitting plans.\nManage work order release in line with MPS requirement.\nInventory control/accuracy.\nManage escalation process when a sustained deviation from plan occurs.\nManagement of Engineering change introduction.\nManagement of SAP inventory transactions in line with agreed processes.\nWorking with Production Execution Team, production schedules, materials, and equipment to ensure on time in full delivery to all Customers.\nCapacity Analysis using business tools, identify risks and opportunity.\nCommunication of all customer delivery commitments.\nProvide daily updates on delivery misses and capture root cause.\nManagement of KPI’s as Required.\nInvestigate customer reschedule request and analyze MRP / Sales Impact and communicate.\nSupport Monthly SI&OP Process with data input and meeting discussions.\nSupport team in the use of ACE tools (5s, TPM, Turnback collection).\nWork with suppliers and internal network to mitigate gaps in material supply\nProvide timely communication to manufacturing, engineering and other relevant internal functional personnel\nAnalyze and evaluate bids to select best supplier\nIssue and update purchase orders in SAP\nExpedite parts\nEvaluate vendor reliability\nTrack daily supplier shipments\nPerform price justifications\nContract/Purchase order knowledge\nControl the flow of incoming materials to efficiently meet manufacturing requirements\nSecondary Job Functions:﻿\nDevelop/Enhance work instructions to implement best practices / lessons learned and ensure repeatability of tasks.\nComply with all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.\nQualifications:\nWe’re excited to talk to you if:\nBachelor’s degree in business/operations/supply chain or equivalent experience\nExperience and demonstrated success within a planning role.\nProficient in SAP Planning and Shop Floor Execution.\nGood understanding of SAP Inventory Management.\nExperience in generating and communicating capacity plans.\nStrong communication and influencing skills.\nStrong analytical skills with advanced MS office skills.
