Role Overview\nWe are seeking a hands-on Mobile Staff Engineer / Technical Lead with deep expertise in cross-platform mobile application development to architect, build, and scale innovative experiences for our Member Desk applications.\nThe ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering production-grade mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms, is highly proficient in JavaScript and React Native development, and has successfully integrated mobile applications with peripheral devices using Bluetooth and related communication protocols.\nThis role requires a strong technical leader who can influence architecture, mentor engineers, collaborate across functions, and drive execution from concept through production.
