{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"8f6f7b072dd9a5943a80f7aa","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8f6f7b072dd9a5943a80f7aa","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8f6f7b072dd9a5943a80f7aa","title":"Program Manager","description":"Job Title: Program Manager\n\nCompany: Altus Engineering\n\nLocation: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD\n\nSalary: $120,000-180,000\n\nPosition Overview: We are seeking a Program Manager to work with the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME) Program Office supporting Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) products.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide program management support to the JTCG/ME Program Office across technical, operational, and administrative areas.\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor program activities to ensure requirements, funding, milestones, schedules, and deliverables remain aligned with Program Office objectives.\nServe as a liaison between the Program Office, government stakeholders, technical teams, and supporting organizations to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with program objectives.\nSupport planning and execution of meetings, technical exchanges, and program reviews, including preparation of agendas, briefings, meeting materials, and minutes.\nAssist in developing and delivering status reports, highlighting the progress of efforts being undertaken.\nManage requirements and documents that will be accessible by the Program Office.\nCoordinate receiving feedback from various stakeholders through, emails, phone discussions, in person meetings and other communication methods.\nProvide safeguarding and maintenance of all classified data and material generated from current and previous JMEM efforts in support of development and publication efforts.\nEstablish appropriate Contractor Agreements, non-disclosures agreements (NDAs), memorandums of agreement, etc. to facilitate collaboration and communication across the teams.\nProvide programmatic and administrative oversight of activities supporting weaponeering, targeting, vulnerability/lethality modeling, and software development efforts as required.\nPerform other program management and mission support duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications/Desired Skills:\n\nBachelor's degree or in Engineering, Information Systems, Program Management or Business Administration and 10 years of relevant experience OR\nIn lieu of degree, 15 years of relevant experience.\nTOP SECRET Clearance required with SCI eligibility.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating complex projects, programs, or technical efforts involving multiple stakeholders.\nExperience developing and maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, funding and deliverables, and monitoring program performance.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing requirements.\nAbility to work independently while effectively coordinating with government customers, technical personnel, and organizational leadership.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience preparing executive-level briefings, status reports, program documentation, and other management materials.\nKnowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Project.\nExperience working with military systems and databases.\n\nIn addition to these skills, we also desire a candidate who has provided previous support or has experience with the following:\n\nWeaponeering\nTargeting\nVulnerability/Lethality Modeling\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n401(k)\n401(k) matching\nDental insurance\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nVision insurance\n\nIf you're driven by intellectually stimulating work, enjoy collaborating with talented peers, and thrive in a high-performing environment, then Altus may be for you!\n\nAbout Us: Founded in 2003, Altus Engineering is a Maryland small business providing professional engineering services to the Department of Defense and industry customers.
