The ideal candidate will be excited to join an organization that is heavily investing in AI. This role requires the need to build high performance Python-based AI/ML solutions capable of processing extremely large data sets and integrating them into scalable web applications, including LLMs. This role also requires strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of AI frameworks, and the ability to work across the entire technology stack.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAI/ML Model Development\nDesign, build, fine tune and train machine learning and deep learning models using Python.\nPerform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.\nEvaluate models using domain appropriate metrics and improve performance iteratively.\nDeploy custom models to production environments (cloud/on-premises) using MLOps best practices.\nFull-Stack Development\nDevelop high throughput, event-driven microservices (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) for application backends and MCP servers to serve AI models.\nBuild responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces for AI-powered applications.\nIntegrate AI models into web and mobile applications.\nEnsure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions.\nCollaboration & Documentation\nWork closely with data scientists, developers, frontend developers, and product managers.\nDocument model architectures, APIs, and deployment processes.\nParticipate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.\nSalary Range: $130,000 - $145,000\nGeneral Description of Benefits\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.\nCandidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance.
