As a senior developer, you will be primarily responsible for Design and development of end-to-end PEGA CS solutions that align with business requirements and enhance the current customer service capabilities.You would be required to support the Application Manager Business for CS with driving digitization and automation for client, optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency.You could be leading a team of PEGA developers by assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback and fostering collaboration and innovation. You would be responsible forcode reviews according to standards for optimized code, creation of accurate releases, deployment of processes and creation of process documentation to outline value delivered.You would be working with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. You will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.· At least 10+ years of relevant PEGA experience· PEGA LSA certification with Constellation and PEGA CS experience· The locations for this position can be Austin , Texas or Sunnyvale, California.
